I am incredibly pleased with the services offered by The Brace Orthodontic Practice. The entire team, ranging from the receptionists to the orthodontists themselves, have been incredibly helpful as well as empathetic to the situation my (and I’m sure others) teeth was in. The only improvement I would suggest is that more books/comics should be placed in the reception area to keep clients busy during their time waiting to be served.
Other than that, I am much pleased and a big thanks to the Brace Orthodontic Practice.

Dr Hasnaini is the most wonderful, professional orthodontist I have ever had the pleasure to meet! He spent time explaining exactly my options and what he was going to do. He is very friendly, calm and patient and always willing to spend the time needed to answer any queries or to explain things better to put my mind at rest. His professionalism is outstanding, but is also extremely friendly and approachable. He is always full of compliments and positive comments which really help through the process of wearing braces.
His team are also fantastic, they are friendly, always remembered my name and who I was – which is always impressive living in London! Every visit I was always welcomed and made to feel like I have known everyone for years! They are always open to suggestions and comments as well as always able to give advice and tips. I felt the whole team motivated me and were a major contribution to my commitment, and I believe, they were responsible for reducing the time I had to wear braces from 18 months to 12 months!

I just wanted to thank you all for making my orthodontic treatment such an easy process. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful.
I got used to the lingual braces really quickly and was certainly relieved to find them virtually pain free! Any discomfort only lasted a day or two after each appointment and restricting what I ate for a couple of days did my waistline no harm at all!
Although the treatment did take slightly longer than I’d originally anticipated, being able to discuss the progress and next steps in details at each appointment really helped me feel in control of the process.
I wish the practice every success for the future and would definitely recommend The Brace to anyone looking to improve their smile

Fantastic!!
I refused to have orthodontic treatment as a child because I was terrified of dentists. At the age of 34 I found the courage to have braces although I was still very nervous. Now, only 15 months later, I am so glad I did! The whole experience at The Brace clinic has been much more pleasant than I ever expected. There has been no pain and no fear and the slight occasional discomfort has been well worth the result. Dr Hasnaini has been endlessly patient with my anxiety, and looking at the difference he has made to my teeth, he is clearly an expert in his field. I would warmly recommend him and The Brace practice to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.
