1. This patient wished to correct the crookedness of the front teeth, she also had an incorrect bite of the back teeth which can cause extra wear and damage to the teeth.

2. The aim of treatment for this patient was to close the large gap between two front teeth and also to move the front teeth back slightly so that they no longer stuck out.
These photos are presented at Invisalign® refinement stage so this case is not quite finished and we are now in the process of fully closing the gap between the two front teeth.

It is possible to treat more complex problems with Invisalign® if combined with an element of fixed braces. This is something that we do quite often at The Brace and usually involves just 3-4 months of fixed braces with the rest of the treatment being completed with Invisalign®.
3. This patient had one tooth which was set back and behind the other teeth. Fixed ceramic braces [link to ceramic braces page] were placed only on the tooth set back and those either side and were used to move this tooth into line with the others. Invisalign® was then used to straighten and close the spaces between the teeth.
