What Ortho can do for your patients
Hire Our Training Room
Our training room is ideal for all your staff training needs, whether it is First Aid and you need some space to practice the recovery position, or clinical training where you wish to make use of our live video link from the surgery.
- Seats up to 20
- Digital Projector
- High Definition Wide Screen TV with video link to surgery
- Internet connection
- Refreshment facilities
- Lunch can be provided
The training room is located on the 3rd floor where there are also toilet facilities and a kitchenette.
Room rates:
Half day – £100
Full day – £200
Use of surgery and video link – £50
These rates include refreshments, one round for a half day and two for a full day. Lunch can be provided at an extra cost.

NHS Periodontal Service (Tower Hamlets)
The Brace Orthodontic Practice in London is providing an NHS Periodontal service to residents of the borough of Tower Hamlets. The treatment is being carried out by Consultant Specialist Periodontist, Rana Al-Falaki who has appointments immediately available to see patients whose condition requires treatment outside the complexity of a general dental service as set out in your GDS contract. The service will only accept referrals from patients falling into the complexity 3 category of the Index of need for periodontal treatment published by the Royal College of Surgeons.

What Orthodontics can do for your patients
Orthodontics is traditionally used to correct malocclusions, crooked or crowded teeth, but there are other dental problems where it can be very useful. Here are some examples of situations where you may want to consider orthodontics for your patients.
Orthodontics can be used to level uneven gingival margins prior to your restorative work
Teeth with margins below the gingival level can be extruded orthodontically, allowing placement of your restorations
Orthodontics can be used to create space in the occlusion for you to restore worn teeth
Orthodontics can be used to create the correct amount of space for you to place implants or bridges
Extraction of teeth can lead to bone resorption and an aesthetically poor prosthesis. Orthodontics can be used to extrude teeth prior to extraction, allowing correction of alveolar levels without bone grafting.
